Our Story
RaceHUB was created by brothers William and Angus Ritossa after we were frustrated with the lack of race timing and management solutions available to teams over our 15 years of high-performance Pedal Prix racing.
After years of using a stopwatch, whiteboard, complicated but inherently limited spreadsheets, and other Pedal Prix timing software which proved more troublesome than helpful, we decided to take matters into our own hands.
In October 2017 we wrote our first lines of code and from there, our roadmap grew. As we continued to develop and expand RaceHUB over the 2018 season, we secretly used our 4 teams as a testing ground, giving us a large and diverse group of beta testers which included riders (ranging from elite national level cyclist to primary school students), team managers, parents, and other spectators. This meant we could observe people interacted with our apps, allowing us to make them more user-friendly. We were also able to collect large amounts of user feedback every race which we used to implement new features, refine existing aspects of the apps, and squash many small and obscure bugs.
With over 300 hours of race testing, RaceHUB is proven to work.
Not satisfied with good, we continued to test and refine RaceHUB in the 2019 season. The goal: perfection. We re-engineered the algorithms and code that RaceHUB runs on to make the software even more efficient, and introduced a slew of new features including audio messages; gone were the days of riders racing blind. RaceHUB proved to be a significant contributing factor in the winning streak of 2019 Category 3 Series Champions, Vector.

We are both very excited to continue to update and grow RaceHUB in the years to come as we have many exciting new features planned and already in development. Thank you for considering RaceHUB for your team.
