Exporting Data

You can export your team’s lap data and audio messages in RaceHUB. To download your data:

  1. Log in to the trikes whose data you wish to download on the Home Screen.
  2. Ensure you are logged in with your Team Manager’s Account and navigate to Settings > Export Data
  3. Select the team you wish to download from and choose lap data or audio messages.

Note: If your download is missing laps/audio messages, ensure all the data is visible on the Home Screen and redownload the data. This may occur if a trike has a large amount of laps/audio messages and you export the data quickly after logging in before it has fully downloaded.

The laps data is exported in CSV file which can be opened in programs such as Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or Google Sheets.

The exported CSV file contains all the raw data associated with each lap, including:

    • Lap number
    • Time of day (hh:mm:ss)
    • Rider name
    • Lap time (mm:ss)
    • Speed (km/h)
    • Distance (m)
