Logins and Accounts
To keep your team’s data private and out of competitor’s hands, RaceHUB protects your teams through a username and password system.
There are two types of accounts:
- Team Manager Account
- Team Account
Team Manager Account
Logging in with the Team Manager Account gives the user permission to modify and delete data associated with their teams (e.g. modifying a roster, sending messages to the trike). For this reason, it is important to carefully consider which team members you share the Team Manager Account username and password with.
Users logged in with the Team Manager Account still need to log into their teams using the Team Account. This allows you to also bring up another team’s data is they choose to share the Team Account with you, without being able to modify or delete their data.
The Team Manager Account is also used in RaceTIME to select which of your teams the iPhone running RaceTIME will be linked to.
Trike Account
Users logged into RaceHUB using only the Trike Account are able to view:
- Current speed, GPS position, lap time, and other live data
- Previous laps
- Automatically updating roster
- Messages
Users logged in with the Team Account have restricted read only access. They cannot modify or delete any data.
How do I change my account's username/password?
Team Manager Account
To change the email address or password of a Team Manager Account, go to: https://www.racehubapp.com/membership-account/
Trike Account
The name and password for a Trike Account can be changed in the settings section of RaceHUB when logged into your Team Manager Account. (Note: team names are not case sensitive)
What do I do if I forgot my account's username/password?
You can reset a forgotten Team Managers Account password on our website at: https://www.racehubapp.com/login/?action=reset_pass. Please contact us if you forgot your login email.
Trikes associated with your account are visible in the Settings section of RaceHUB when logged in with your Team Manager’s Account.
